We are currently in the process of integrating sustainability into our business and value chain. As part of this process, we are engaging with all our stakeholders to identify and respond to sustainability issues based on their concerns so that our business interests intersect with the same. This is supported by the adherence to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI G4) framework and the International Integrated Reporting Council’s (IIRC) integrated reporting framework to present the Group’s triple bottom line strategy of economic, social and environmental performance. The material issues span across the categories of corporate governance, ethics and compliance, environment, health and safety, employees and workplace, supply chain, and local community.
We have also introduced policies, operating procedures and best practices to our businesses to ensure that the Walkers CML Group exceeds customer expectations in terms of sustainability and quality.
In the spirit of being a responsible corporate citizen, the Walkers CML Group takes a broader view of sustainable business practices and is currently in the process of establishing a series of initiatives to support all facets of our sustainability journey.
